Successful Site Remediation of Former Landfill Site

May 2016

DM Civil undertook soil remediation works at Lot 816 of Swan Location 10780 on Stephenson Avenue, Mount Claremont in Western Australia. The site, owned by the Christ Church Grammar School (CCGS), occupies the western portion (approximately 30%) of the former Brockway Road Landfill which was closed in 1991.

Our longest drill shot successfully completed!

April 2016

DM Civil worked in conjunction with DJ MacCormick Contractors to undertake two microtunnelled drill shots as part of their DN600 Collection Sewer in Bertram. Sections of limestone cap rock with an estimated hardness of 60MPa were required to be drilled.

3 consecutive wins for CCFWA's Workplace Health & Safety Award

DM Civil was honoured to receive the CCF's coveted 2015 Workplace Safety Award at the annual CCF President's Gala held on Friday 12th February.  This is the third consecutive year DM Civil has won this award, which is a fantastic achievement and due to the continuing efforts of the entire company.

Our young graduate engineer Tessa McGrath, has been published in the Journal of Water Resources and Protection, a Scientific Research Publishing journal. This is a significant achievement for any engineer or individual and particularly noteworthy at this stage of her career.
