DM Civil continues at Tuckey Cove Stage 1

DM Civil continues to develop the subdivision at Tuckey Cove in Dudley Park, Mandurah for Encourage Pty Ltd.

After successfully completing Stage 2 of this proposed 9 stage development with Pritchard Francis, DM Civil are currently nearing completion of Stage 1.

This project has included bulk and detailed earthworks, sewer, drainage, property lot drainage, dewatering including acid sulphate soils and water treatments, water and gas reticulation mains, NBN, underground power, full roadworks and limestone retaining walls with piers and Colorbond fencing along Wanjeep Street.
