WHS is an integral part of our operations and this is again recognised by being awarded Worksafe’s Platinum Certificate of Achievement.  Originally attained in June 2016 and requiring renewal through independent auditing every two years, DMC is committed to continual improvement to ensure we meet the needs of our employees and clients. 

We remain part of an elite group of businesses that have achieved this prestigious standing in recognition of our health and safety management Systems. As part of our Core Principles, our commitment to safety results in a positive safety culture, with all workers actively involved in contributing to our health, safety and wellbeing initiatives.

We work hard to ensure our operations are compliant with internal, client and regulatory standards. The HSEQ team communicate and consult with all levels of the business and work together with management and operational staff to maintain the highest WHS standards.  We achieved certification to AS/NZS 4801:2001 – OHS Management Systems in 2007 and transitioned to ISO 45001:2018 in 2019.  DMC are also accredited to ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems.
