Having DM Civil on a project is always a pleasure as we know the project will be undertaken in a professional manner and completed to a high standard which Pritchard Francis prides itself on.

DM staff are always available, ready to help and nothing is a problem. We not only rely on DM Civil for development construction but also early project help when developments are in their infancy stage, when we require information on costs and methods of construction. When asked for this information, not only is it forthcoming but from DM Civil it is also accurate.

Philip Patterson
Project Director, Civil Pritchard Francis

Not only was the contract completed ahead of program, but the quality of construction was a true testament of the skill, application and attendance of all personnel through the complete duration of the project. This was reflected in the final presentation and the minimal items identified at the Practical Completion inspection.

Furthermore, where contract variations were identified with the extension of the scope of works, all variation costs were always fair and reasonable.

Barry Smith

The works were carried out in accordance with programme, budget and specification. We are very pleased with the performance of DM Civil and would highly recommend the company to others as a result.

The management team are extremely professional, organised and easy to deal with.

Ken Haustead

The work was performed with a high level of commitment, care and attention to detail which not only impressed LandCorp and other members of the project team, but also gained a lot of respect and appreciation from the Shire of Dandaragan and the local community.
