DM Civil awarded contract for Champion Lakes Stage 6

DM Civil is pleased to secure the contract for Champion Lakes Stage 6. This environmentally sustainable estate by Landcorp is 23kms south-east of Perth in the City of Armadale.

This project with JDSI requires the construction of 33 new fully serviced lots that will overlook Champion Lakes, Western Australia’s only purpose built rowing facility.

Our scope of works include bulk and detailed earthworks, sewer, drainage, property lot drainage, dewatering including acid sulphate soils and water treatments, water and gas reticulation mains, NBN, underground power, full roadworks, natural earth retaining walls and decorative fencing and bollards.
