Since 1982, DM Civil has successfully installed various services using trenchless techniques. Our range of equipment and methodologies are a viable and cost effective option when minimal ground disturbance or environmental impact is required. We offer a range of trenchless technology solutions. This allows us to provide flexible alternatives and methodology combinations to install infrastructure varying from DN150 to DN1600 in any ground conditions.

Lot 500/501 Hay Street Sewer Extension

DM Civil was tasked with the construction of the sewer for the new landmark development, 500/501 Hay Street, Subiaco.

As a part of the scheme, a link main between Millstream Dam and the town of Greenbushes was required to be constructed.

This project involved the construction of a pressure main, main sewer and collector sewer. We were required to utilise a wide variety of construction techniques including both trenchless and traditional methods.

Christmas Avenue DN600 Collector Sewer Main

Following DM Civil’s recent success in microtunnelling the Yanchep DN450 Collector Sewer, we could confidently commit to our longest drive to date in variable limestone and sand conditions.

Baldivis Trunk Sewer Main

The construction of this 755m gravity sewer trunk main was required to connect the Tuart Ridge subdivision’s sewer network to the existing Baldivis sewer infrastructure.

Gnangara Collection Sewer – Section 1

This contract involved the construction of a 1.4km collection sewer using trenchless techniques from Whitfords Avenue, Kingsley, to Susan Road, Madeley. This project ultimately allowed our client, Water Corporation, to decommission two existing pumping stations.

Kalgoorlie DN800/DN900 Horizontal Thrust Boring

The overall project involved Water Corporation’s Construction Branch constructing a DN800/DN900 MSCL water main to improve Kalgoorlie’s water supply infrastructure.

Lake Coogee Estate Stages 1 & 2 Sewer Microtunneling

This contract involved the construction of 1,701m of DN150 and DN225 PVC gravity sewer mains. This would connect the Lake Coogee Estate, on Fawcett Road, to the sewer network located on West Churchill Road, Munster.

2102 Monash to Eaton River Crossing

This 310 metre crossing of DN450 PE pipe is one of many large scale HDD crossings that DM Civil has successfully completed for the Water Corporation in recent years.

Mt Eliza Reservoir

This project required the relining and modification of the main reservoir outlet of pond No 2 at the Mt Eliza reservoir complex in Kings Park.

Roe Hwy Sewer Main Relocation

As a part of the Perth Airport and Freight Link road network project, the abutments for the bridge widening works on Roe Highway intersected the existing St Johns sewage pressure main.
