Recognition awards presented at annual company breakfast

Our fourth annual company-wide breakfast took place recently at Willow Pond Function Centre in Canning Vale. This forum provides the Board of Management an opportunity to communicate DM Civil’s performance, expectations and future goals to the broader employee group. Discussion points ranged from company core principles and industry outlook to safety performance and new asset purchases. With projects located in remote locations and across the greater metropolitan area, this also gave us the social setting to meet and catch up with other crews. Feedback from employees is always positive and constructive and we use this information to improve the function each year.

In recognition of our loyal and dedicated employees, we also presented our 2014 Employee of the Year and Length of Service Awards.
