Mojo Urban Living

The civil works for 111 lots of residential land development on Muriel Street were constructed by DM Civil in 3 rolling stages over 3 years, including a lead-in sewer main.

CCGS Site Remediation

DM Civil undertook soil remediation works at Lot 816 of Swan Location 10780 on Stephenson Avenue, Mount Claremont in Western Australia, owned by the Christ Church Grammar School (CCGS). The site has been redeveloped as playing fields and sports pitches for CCGS.

Lot 200 Ocean Reef Road

Through our considerable experience in land development, remediation skills and working within the community, DM Civil were engaged to complete this important development for LandCorp.

Carine Rise Civil Works

This 7.93ha site was redeveloped by Cedar Woods together with their project partners, Landcorp and the St Ives Group. The redevelopment incorporates residential lots, townhouses, apartments, residential aged care, a retirement village and mixed use development.

Clarkson District Centre

On the discovery of extensive uncontrolled fill across the site, additional scope of works was necessary to screen and dispose of this material. However, DM Civil were able to deliver this project within the allocated timeframe, minimising costs and environmental impact for the client.

Lake Coogee Stage 3

The development was previously used as a market garden, however with the use of deep penetration compaction techniques, the existing ground could be utilised to meet a Class A site. This was a great benefit to the client.

WAPS Carpark Midland Redevelopment

The Midland Railway workshops were originally constructed in 1904 and were an integral part of the Midland community, providing work for many local citizens.

Lapsley Road, Claremont

The Claremont Police and Community Youth Centre (PCYC) had relocated to improved facilities in Subiaco. For this project the existing structure and the adjacent air rifle range shed was redeveloped into a small boutique land development made up of 29 cottage lots.

Champion Lakes Stage 6

This is the penultimate stage of Landcorp’s Champion Lakes Estate, located between Lake Road and Champion Lake. The project ran over 24 weeks producing a high class finish to the satisfaction of the consultant and the client.

Tuckey Cove Stage 3

This is the third stage of the proposed nine stage Tuckey Cove development in the fast developing Dudley Park area in Mandurah. Due to a spike in sales the client wanted this stage to be ready and available for sale as soon as possible.

Madora Bay East Stage 2B

This Stage 2B of the multi-stage Madora Bay land development project by NG Perry Testamentary Trust provides 34 beachside lifestyle residential lots and abuts the popular pristine Madora Bay.

The Crest Mosman Park

The Crest development is a short walk from the Swan River waterfront and is considered highly sought after. LandCorp placed great emphasis on maintaining local flora in and around the project site, particularly the retention and preservation of the local trees.

Trinity Stage 30 Civil Works and Stage 31 Earthworks

Engaged on the Trinity Development for LWP after a successful tender bid with consultant GHD. The contract was for the construction of ongoing subdivisional stages over a twelve month period.
